The 10 Laws — WAA
5 Death vs 5 Life — Pairs Locked
Romans • John 6:63 • WAA Rendering
Not merely “saved” from hell. WAA Lock: to shield, to rescue from danger, to preserve, to make whole, to heal. A present-tense fortress, not a past ticket.
Not “free to choose.” WAA Lock: to unchain, to loose a prisoner, to set at liberty from a master. You don’t need freedom. You need bolt cutters.
Introduction: Why Stone Can’t Become Heart
The 10 Laws are not 10 separate rules. They are 5 pairs locked in combat. Five operate as Death. Five operate as Life. You don’t graduate from one to the other. You are switched from one jurisdiction to the other.
This is why stone can’t become heart. A stone tablet cannot transform itself into living tissue. The Law of God written on stone (Ex. 31:18) was perfect, but it had no power to unchain. It could only expose straying (hamartia). It could diagnose, but not shield.
Traditional translations say “free.” That makes you think you were in a neutral field with choices. WAA locks eleutheroo as unchained because you were not free — you were chained to a master. And sozo as shield because you were not just guilty — you were exposed.
1. The Law of God vs The Law of Heart
Written on stone, holy, just, good (Rom. 7:12) — but powerless to shield. It reveals straying, it does not remove it. Its ministry is letters that kill.
The same Law, but relocated. Not stone → tissue. Jeremiah 31:33 fulfilled. Written by Breath inside.
WAA Note: You don’t improve stone. You bury it. The Law of God did not fail morally — it failed materially. It was stone trying to do heart-work. Only Breath can write on heart.
2. The Law of Works vs The Law of Grace
“Where then is boasting? It was shut out. Through what law? Of Works? No, but through Law of Trust. Therefore we reckon a man is made right-standing through trust apart from works of law.”
WAA renders: Law of Works = nomos ergon — the performance ledger. Law of Grace = nomos charis — the kindness supply that shields.
Law of Works keeps you in debt. Every work creates a new record. You cannot be shielded while you are still performing to be shielded.
“Now to him working, the wage is not reckoned according to kindness but according to debt. But to him not working, but trusting on Him who makes right-standing the ungodly, his trust is reckoned into right-standing.”
Charis locked as kindness — not abstract grace. Grace is a supply of kindness that shields you while you learn to trust. Works is a law. Kindness is a law. You are under one.
3. The Law of Sin and Death vs The Law of Breath of Life
Also rendered: Law of Spirit of Life • Same Law as John 6:63
Law of Sin and Death
A constitutional law. Sin (straying) as master, Death as wage. Not a mistake you make — a law you are under until unchained.
Rom. 7:23 WAA: “...bringing me into captivity to the Law of Sin and Death.”
Law of the Breath of Life / Spirit of Life
Not a better ethic. A higher jurisdiction. Pneuma = Breath, wind that gives life. Same law spoken in John 6:63.
“For the Law of the Breath of Life in Anointed Jesus has unchained me from the Law of Sin and Death.”
“The Breath is the thing that makes alive; the flesh profits nothing. The rhema that I have spoken to you, they are Breath and they are Life.”
WAA: Jesus says words are not information — they are legislation. Rhema as law-decree from Breath that unchains from Sin and Death.
This pair governs all others. If Sin and Death still has jurisdiction, God-law condemns, Works-law exhausts, Righteousness-law mocks, Flesh-law dominates. When Breath of Life unchains, all five life laws activate together.
4. The Law of Righteousness vs The Law of Trust
Rom. 9:31-32 WAA: “But Israel pursuing a Law of Right-standing did not attain into Law of Right-standing. Why? Because not out of trust but as out of works of law. For they stumbled at the Stone of Stumbling.”
Righteousness here = dikaiosune locked as right-standing — position, not performance. Pursuing position by performance keeps you under Death.
Rom. 3:27 WAA: “Where is boasting? Shut out. Through what law? Of Works? No, but through Law of Trust.”
Pistis = trust, not mental assent. Trust is a law that shields because it rests on Another’s right-standing. Righteousness law says “achieve.” Trust law says “receive — you are already shielded.”
5. The Law of Flesh vs The Law of Breath
Rom. 8:5-6: “For those being according to flesh, the things of flesh they think, but those according to Breath, the things of Breath. For the thinking of flesh is death, but the thinking of Breath is life and peace.”
Sarx = flesh — not your body, but the fallen sensor system that reads life without Breath.
Rom. 8:7-8: “Because the thinking of flesh is enmity into God, for into the Law of God it is not submitted, for neither can it be. And those being in flesh cannot please God.”
Final Pair Summary: Law of Flesh says “I am my senses.” Law of Breath says “I am shielded inside Breath, who thinks through me.” One is a law of survival. The other is a law of supply.
Conclusion: The Lawyer Who Switched Courts
You were not in a courtroom where you could win if you tried harder. You were in the wrong courtroom entirely. The 5 Death Laws — God (stone), Works, Sin and Death, Righteousness, Flesh — all have jurisdiction in the court of Death. They are legal there. They are right there. That’s why you kept losing.
Anointed Jesus did not come to make you better at keeping Death laws. He came as your Lawyer who switched courts. Romans 7:1-4 says you died to the law through the body of Anointed. You didn’t break the chain. Death broke it — your co-death with Him unchained you.
“You are not under law but under kindness. Not because law was bad, but because you were under a law that could never shield you. Now you are under a Law that shields you while you learn to trust.”
So stop asking stone to become heart. Receive the 5 Life Laws as one Law: The Breath of Life in Anointed Jesus has unchained you. The Law of Heart writes itself. The Law of Kindness (Grace) supplies. The Law of Spirit of Life breathes. The Law of Trust receives. The Law of Breath thinks.
You don’t keep them. You live under them — shielded and unchained.
